First step is to contact us or email us with a basic idea of styles or specific details of what you need. For factory direct custom container orders can range in minimum quantities from 600 pairs to 16,000 pairs per single container shipment. American Shoe Factory gives customers the chance to purchase in bulk at super low prices or have website access to wholesale prices for a wide variety of styles with lower quantity minimums.

 

2. Q. How many pairs of Shoes comes in a container or do I need to order for bulk discounts?

 

As a general benchmark which can vary due to desired shoe size packaging, cartons, shoe sizes, etc., here are some basic quantities of pairs of shoes to consider.

 

Under 2,400 pairs (less than container load).

600 pairs minimum per style plus color with your desired shoe sizes, packaging, labeling, etc. The minimums can be much lower if the style you want is easy to produce, already made by us or reorders of custom orders. Higher minimums will be required if the styles require custom new molds to be created, difficult to access materials, and/or added factory requirements to produce the shoes.

 

20’ Foot Container load of shoes.

Can fit about 2,400 pairs of boot size shoes to over 5,000 pairs of standard size shoes pre-packed in shoe boxes. If you don’t want the shoe boxes and replaced with custom designed bags or similar, you can pack a bit more pairs. Can be shipped worldwide to acceptable locations. One major benefit of 20’ foot container shipments is your shipping cost savings among other things.

 

40’ Foot Container load of shoes.

Can fit about 5,000 pairs of boot size shoes to over 10,000 pairs of standard size shoes pre-packed in shoe boxes. If you don’t want the shoe boxes and replaced with custom designed bags or similar, you can pack a bit more pairs. Can be shipped worldwide to acceptable locations. One major benefit of 40’ foot container shipments is your shipping cost savings among other things.

3. Q. Can I choose which styles will come in my Container?

4. Q. How is shipping handled for these containers?

Krazy Shoe Artists with American Shoe Factory we will do our best to coordinate with the shipping forwarder that the customer chooses or the forwarder that American Shoe Factory uses. American Shoe Factory, will not be responsible for any losses, or delays caused by the shipping forwarder. All issues with shipments will be dealt with the shipping forwarder.

5. Q. Who is responsible for the Customs, Duties, and Taxes?

 

American Shoe Factory can handle all of the logistics from raw materials, factory production to importation requirements set by specific countries of where you want the shoes to be shipped. Bottom line is that we can try our best to make it as easy for you as possible so the shoes can land to your destination in the most efficient and effective manner.

 

American Shoe Factory can also handle many complicated import and export related requirements such as dealing with Customs, Duties, or Taxes. Different style of shoes, materials, etc., require different importing requirements which we can take this burden off of your hands. Of course, you can elect to handle work with us in this or deal with it yourself of the specific areas of the supply chain or importation requirements of your container of shoes.

 

6. Q. What is MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity and Why It’s Required by Suppliers?

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement specifies the lowest quantity of a certain product that a supplier is willing to sell. If the buyer cannot reach the MOQ requirement, then the supplier is not willing to start production.
